ONLINE RETURNS VIA POST
To return merchandise purchased online via post within Australia, download and complete an online return form and visit visit our return page to book a return service via Parcel Point,
Check that our online return requirements have been met, complete your return details to download a post label, complete your return form and post your return back.
To return merchandise purchased online via post from outside Australia, complete an international online return form.
Please allow up to five business days from the day your return is received by our online store for it to be processed. You will be notified via email as soon your return has been completed.
We do our best to facilitate all exchange requests, however if the requested size or style is unavailable online at the time of processing your return please understand we will not be able to fulfil your request.
All refunds are processed through a secure payment gateway and onto the payment type that was used for the original purchase.
ONLINE RETURNS VIA STORE
Upon presentation of your order confirmation, you are welcome to return merchandise purchased from our Australian website for an exchange or in store credit note in any full price store in Australia, given the online return requirements have been met.
Tazzanna stores are unable to provide refunds for online purchases. In store credit notes are valid for six months, are only valid in store and are not able be redeemed online.
